Iowa small business owners are being offered a free, in-person class aimed at helping them prepare for tax season. The event, organized by The Iowa Center’s in-house Small Business Tax Professional, will focus on simplifying the process of filing taxes and understanding key obligations.

According to the organizers, “Tax time doesn’t have to be stressful—especially for Iowa’s small business owners who come prepared.”

The session is scheduled for September 18, 2025, at the Iowa Center for Economic Success. During the one-hour class, participants will learn strategies to stay organized and avoid unexpected costs related to taxes. Attendees will also receive information about other free services provided by The Iowa Center that are intended to support small business planning and success.

Those interested in attending can register through Eventbrite.
