This is rare. Less than one half of 1% of all test takers earn the top score. These scores give any college or university ample evidence of his readiness for the academic rigors that lie ahead.

College tuition fees rose 2.9% in Iowa in the 2022-23 school year, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.
