Urbandale (Dallas County) home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Urbandale in Dallas County rose by $11,550 while total sales decreased by 28%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Ely rose by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 42.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Eldridge rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 20%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Adel fell by $51,682 while total sales decreased by 42.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Clive in Polk County rose by $9,950 while total sales increased by 8.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Le Claire fell by $127,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold.
