Saylorville home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Saylorville rose by $38,000 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Saylorville in December 2016.
