Saylorville home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Saylorville rose by $65,025 while total sales remained unchanged with 12 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $248,650 - a 35.4% increase over the $183,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Saylorville in September 2016, as well.
