Windsor Heights home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Windsor Heights fell by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 13.3% decrease over the $184,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Windsor Heights in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Windsor Heights for 2017 was $3,644. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,505. This marks an increase of 4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
