Hiawatha home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Hiawatha fell by $66,750 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,000 - a 41.5% decrease over the $160,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Hiawatha in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Hiawatha for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,889, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
