Marion home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Marion rose by $1,200 while total sales remained unchanged with 51 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,500 - a 0.7% increase over the $175,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Marion in February 2018, as well.
