Dallas Center home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Dallas Center rose by $4,900 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,900 - a 3% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dallas Center in March 2018.
