Perry home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Perry rose by $53,155 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,500 - a 109.9% increase over the $48,345 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Perry in February 2018, as well.
