Perry home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Perry fell by $35,375 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,625 - a 34% decrease over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Perry in January 2018.
