Waukee home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Waukee fell by $62,500 while total sales decreased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,000 - a 22% decrease over the $283,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Waukee in December 2017.
