Dallas Center home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Dallas Center fell by $34,900 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 24.9% decrease over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dallas Center in October 2017.
