Perry home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Perry fell by $24,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,500 - a 23.9% decrease over the $100,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Perry in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,519, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
