Waukee home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Waukee fell by $45,500 while total sales decreased by 46.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 - a 16.1% decrease over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Waukee in July 2017.
