Center Point home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Center Point rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 9.6% increase over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Center Point in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Center Point for 2017 was $3,019. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,923. This marks an increase of 3.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
