Perry home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Perry fell by $10,045 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $48,345 - a 17.2% decrease over the $58,390 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Perry in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,519, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
