Perry home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Perry rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,500 - a 31.3% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Perry in December 2016.
