Perry home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Perry rose by $86,250 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,500 - a 244.7% increase over the $35,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Perry in October 2016.
