Lisbon home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Lisbon fell by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,450 - a 1.9% decrease over the $141,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lisbon in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for 2017 was $3,006. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,939. This marks an increase of 2.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
