Dallas Center home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Dallas Center rose by $36,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,750 - a 26.1% increase over the $141,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dallas Center in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Dallas Center for 2017 was $2,653. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,292. This marks an increase of 15.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
