Lisbon home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Lisbon fell by $129,016 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,184 - a 68.6% decrease over the $188,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lisbon in April 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for 2017 was $3,006. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,939. This marks an increase of 2.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 5.1%.
