Dallas Center home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Dallas Center fell by $45,860 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 24.7% decrease over the $185,860 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Dallas Center in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Dallas Center for 2017 was $2,653. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,292. This marks an increase of 15.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.9%.
