Waukee home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Waukee rose by $62,825 while total sales increased by 400%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,175 - a 28.3% increase over the $222,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Waukee in May 2016.
