Perry home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Perry rose by $19,200 while total sales increased by 750%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 29.6% increase over the $64,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Perry in March 2016.
