Le Claire home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Le Claire fell by $118,600 while total sales decreased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,400 - a 52.7% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Le Claire in December 2016.
