Lone Tree home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Lone Tree rose by $21,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,500 - a 17.2% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lone Tree in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
