Eldridge home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Eldridge fell by $181,500 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 59% decrease over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Eldridge in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Eldridge for 2017 was $3,404. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,072. This marks an increase of 10.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.7%.
