Waukee home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Waukee rose by $116,500 while total sales increased by 131.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 60.2% increase over the $193,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Waukee in January 2016.
