Tiffin home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Tiffin rose by $17,950 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,950 - a 13.8% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Tiffin in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Tiffin for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,427, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
