Polk City home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Polk City rose by $117,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 92.2% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Polk City in January 2016, as well.
