Windsor Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Windsor Heights rose by $15,550 while total sales decreased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 8.5% increase over the $181,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Windsor Heights in the second quarter of 2018.
