Pleasant Hill home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Pleasant Hill fell by $20,450 while total sales decreased by 26.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,500 - a 9.7% decrease over the $209,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Pleasant Hill in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,616, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
