Walford home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Walford rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,450 - a 0.6% increase over the $264,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Walford in the second quarter of 2018.
