Waukee home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Waukee fell by $14,353 while total sales decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 156 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,547 - a 5.1% decrease over the $279,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 179 homes sold in Waukee in the second quarter of 2018.
