Woodward home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Woodward rose by $38,000 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 39.2% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Woodward in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Woodward for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,155, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
