Dallas Center home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Dallas Center rose by $55,100 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 44.1% increase over the $124,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Dallas Center in the fourth quarter of 2017.
