Granger (Dallas County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Granger in Dallas County rose by $47,300 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 29.1% increase over the $162,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Granger in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Granger for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,473, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
