Waukee home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Waukee fell by $23,750 while total sales decreased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,250 - a 8.8% decrease over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 164 homes sold in Waukee in the fourth quarter of 2017.
