Woodward home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Woodward rose by $49,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,500 - a 49.5% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Woodward in the second quarter of 2017.
