Granger (Dallas County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Granger in Dallas County rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 12% increase over the $192,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Granger in the second quarter of 2017.
