Woodward home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Woodward rose by $3,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,750 - a 3% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodward in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Woodward for 2017 was $2,155. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,142. This marks an increase of 0.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
