Windsor Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Windsor Heights rose by $16,850 while total sales increased by 1.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,750 - a 9.4% increase over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Windsor Heights in the first half of 2018.
