Pleasant Hill home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Pleasant Hill rose by $3,170 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,250 - a 1.5% increase over the $216,080 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Pleasant Hill in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,616, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
