Redfield home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Redfield fell by $15,250 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 16% decrease over the $95,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Redfield in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Redfield for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,206, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
