Waukee home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Waukee rose by $39,250 while total sales increased by 25.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 777 homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $226,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 618 homes sold in Waukee in 2016.
