CLINTON AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Wild Rose Casino & Resort in Clinton, Iowa announces Grand Opening for DraftKings Sportsbook at Wil

Clinton Area Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 16

2019 has proven to be an exciting year for Iowans as gaming laws have changed and now include sports wagering. Wild Rose is pleased to have partnered with DraftKings Inc. for retail and mobile betting.

The Wild Rose team is excited to invite community members to enjoy Grand Opening weekend of DraftKings Sportsbook at Wild Rose beginning Thursday, October 24, 2019. A ribbon cutting will be held at 2:00 p.m. with light refreshments. A winner will be drawn each day, Thursday, October 24 – Sunday, October 27, for a $50 sports wager at DraftKings Sportsbook.

DraftKings Sportsbook offers self-serve kiosks and betting windows on site, with mobile options coming soon. Guests can place bets in our Coaches Corner/Sportsbook or in the casino with easily accessible odds boards and kiosks. Never miss a game or sporting event as the sportsbook boasts two video walls and 21 tv’s, including four 84” mega tv’s throughout. 

With the NFL ticket, guests can gather and watch their favorite teams while enjoying $.50 wings and $1 domestic drafts. During all Hawkeye games there will be $.50 domestic drafts and $5 burger baskets. Every Friday, guests can take advantage of half price appetizers 8:00 p.m. to close and $2 Foundry Vodka & water drinks all day. These specials are in addition to daily specials!
