University of Iowa issued the following announcement on Nov. 15
The 2020 Annual Benefits Open Enrollment period is going on now and will run until Nov. 30. Any changes made to your benefit elections will be effective January 1, 2020. Employees wishing to enroll in Flex Spending must enroll each year. The 2020 health care FSA maximum is $2,750 and the dependent care maximum is $5,000. New for 2020, employees can elect VTL coverage for a domestic partner and their children. Please see our Open Enrollment website for information on all of your benefit options for 2020.
