Perry home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Perry rose by $11,600 while total sales increased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,000 - a 14.1% increase over the $82,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Perry in the fourth quarter of 2018.
