Dallas Center home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Dallas Center fell by $20,550 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,450 - a 11.4% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Dallas Center in the fourth quarter of 2018.
